Pressure Vessel Clamp
The pressure vessel clamp secures the connection between the vessel body and the vessel cover on a glass-lined reactor. By replacing traditional bolt-and-nut fastening methods, the pressure vessel clamp helps maintain reliable flange sealing, support a pressure-tight connection, and reduce the risk of leakage during operation.
The pressure vessel clamp is suitable for operating temperatures from -20°C to 200°C and for design pressures of ≤1.0 MPa. Available materials include forgings, alloy steel, cast steel, and other suitable options, with material selection based on the required pressure rating.
As a key fastening component for glass-lined reactors, the pressure vessel clamp is designed to meet the sealing requirements of glass-lined flange connections and plays an important role in maintaining vessel pressure integrity and leak prevention.
