Raw Material Advantages

Steel Plate Advantages

For China-standard equipment, Lante works directly with Shandong Iron and Steel Group for enamel steel plate supply, reducing intermediate sourcing steps and helping ensure more reliable steel plate quality. The company uses Q245R pressure vessel steel plates and other double-cut pressure vessel plates as standard materials for domestic production.

For equipment built to ASME, CE, and CU TR requirements, Lante uses SA516 series carbon steel plates that comply with international ASTM standards. These plates provide uniform strength, excellent low-temperature toughness, and good weldability, making them well suited to the pressure-bearing safety requirements of glass-lined reactors, storage tanks, and other custom pressure equipment. This material selection helps support smoother equipment approval and acceptance.

Steel Plate Advantages

High-Neck Flange Advantages

For high-neck flanges above DN1000 mm, Lante specifies the PN6 pressure rating as standard. For sizes DN1000 mm and below, we use the PN10 pressure rating—a higher standard than industry norms for enhanced safety.

A higher pressure rating delivers significantly greater flange strength. During the high-temperature enamel firing process, these robust flanges are far less prone to deformation, which directly improves gasket sealing performance, eliminates leakage risks, and ensures long-term, reliable connection integrity for glass-lined equipment.

High-Neck Flange Advantages

Patented Flanged Nozzle Advantage

The flanged nozzle is a patented technology from our parent company, Linyi Haixin. This innovative design solves a long-standing industry challenge at the bottom discharge area: external seepage that gradually causes internal corrosion, leading to premature equipment failure.

The flanged nozzle design also simplifies compliance with strict process requirements for specialized applications, including pharmaceutical and food production with stringent hygienic and industry-specific standards.

Enamel Advantages

Lante offers multiple enamel solutions to help you match different corrosive media, temperature conditions, and process requirements more accurately. This flexibility allows Glass-Lined Equipment to achieve better corrosion resistance, more stable lining performance, and longer service life in demanding applications.

Main Formula: HX-1 Enamel

The main enamel formula promoted by Lante is HX-1 enamel. Compared with many mainstream products on the market, HX-1 enamel delivers higher overall performance, with high-temperature acid resistance more than two times greater than that of standard enamel.

Enamel Advantages
To meet different operating conditions, Lante also provides a range of other enamel formulas:
01 Formula 1: Enamel formula for strong acid and high-temperature service
02 Formula 2: High-performance enamel formula for alternating acid and alkali conditions
03 Formula 3: Imported PEMCO enamel from the USA, supplied through Lante as the exclusive agent in China
04Other customized formulas: Tailored enamel solutions developed for specific process and application requirements

Manufacturing Process Advantages

Lante uses a room-temperature cold spray process together with an advanced controlled curve firing process to help maintain enamel thickness and density more effectively and reduce the risk of enamel chipping.
Advantages of Cold Spray Enameling
  • Careful repair after each coating layer: The spray-applied enamel powder allows defects from each coating stage to be carefully ground and corrected before the next firing cycle.
  • Natural drying of enamel powder moisture: Moisture in the enamel powder dries naturally, helping maintain more stable processing conditions before firing.
  • Thin, uniform, and dense enamel layer: The cold spray process helps form an enamel layer that is thin, evenly distributed, and dense, supporting more consistent lining quality.
  • More firing cycles with higher process cost: This process involves more firing cycles, which increases manufacturing cost, but also supports better control of enamel quality.

Belt Polishing Process

The inner surface of the steel shell is treated with a belt polishing process. This process removes surface defects such as mill scale, shallow pits, and impurities, while also improving the flatness and smoothness of the inner shell. By creating a better substrate condition, the belt polishing process provides stronger support for the later enameling stage and helps improve final lining quality.

Lante also offers different equipment selection options for different project priorities. When customers try to reduce cost on key equipment, the result can often be higher long-term operating and maintenance costs.
