GMP Reactor, Glass-Lined Steel Reactor
The GMP reactor is available in capacities from 63L to 40000L and is manufactured in accordance with ASME and PED pressure vessel standards. It is designed for processes that must meet GMP clean area requirements and is widely used in biological fermentation, pharmaceutical production, and other clean manufacturing applications where strict production environment standards are required.
Designed for clean production environments in industries such as pharmaceuticals and food processing, the GMP reactor combines the strength of a steel vessel with the corrosion resistance and cleanability of a high-purity glass lining. This design helps meet GMP requirements for sterile production and low contamination risk.
- GMP-specific composite structure
The reactor uses a carbon steel substrate combined with a high-purity glass enamel lining formed through high-temperature firing. This structure offers high strength, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning, making it suitable for clean area applications. - Clean-oriented nozzle and external design
The nozzles use a flanged glass-lined structure to reduce metal exposure. The outer surface is insulated and covered with polished stainless steel cladding, and the reactor can be equipped with clean-grade accessories to meet GMP appearance and hygiene requirements. - Clean enamel formulation
The clean-grade enamel formula contains no heavy metal ion impurities and complies with the material standards required for food and pharmaceutical contact applications. - Smooth internal structure for easy cleaning
The internal chamber is designed with smooth transitions, which helps prevent material buildup, improves discharge performance, and makes cleaning easier, fully supporting GMP equipment design requirements.
