Glass-Lined Thermowell
(Baffle Type)
The glass-lined thermowell (baffle type) provides stable temperature measurement while also helping improve flow behavior inside the reactor. It is a practical choice for processes that require both effective mixing performance and reliable temperature monitoring.
Designed as a protected temperature measurement channel for glass-lined reactors, the glass-lined thermowell (baffle type) also helps improve material flow inside the vessel through its baffle-style structure. This combination makes the glass-lined thermowell (baffle type) well suited for operating conditions where both agitation and temperature control are important.

Features
- Structure for Protected Temperature Measurement
The glass-lined thermowell (baffle type) consists of a seamless tube and a flange. The outer wall is glass-lined, and the glass-lined thermowell (baffle type) is installed on the reactor as a temperature measurement channel. - Baffle Function for Improved Mixing
The seamless tube is pressed into an oval shape, which increases the lateral resistance area against the flowing material and helps strengthen the overall mixing effect inside the reactor. - Compatible with Different Sensing Devices
The glass-lined thermowell (baffle type) does not measure temperature directly by itself. It can be fitted with an integrated armored thermometer, a tantalum pin sensor, or matching instruments to display process temperature. - Flexible Installation Options
The glass-lined thermowell (baffle type) can be installed in vertical or inclined positions. The inclined type is often used together with an anchor agitator, making it suitable for temperature measurement at lower liquid levels without interfering with agitation. - Different Versions for Process Selection
According to the temperature measurement method, the glass-lined thermowell (baffle type) is available in a standard type and a tantalum pin type, making selection easier for different operating conditions.
